— Minimal Difference in the reverse auction is 1 % of the initial price (which the lowest price of the submitted acceptable bids) subject to bidding.
— Electronic auction will take place in a circle with a duration of one (1) hour with the possibility EPPS automatically prolongs the reverse auction for an additional 3 minutes, each time in the last 3 minutes of the time allocated for auctioning submit new price.
