This contract in a national contract to cover the supply of IT Windows desk-top training and IBS Open Housing Module training. However, prospective tenderers can tender for either or both of these elements. Prospective suppliers for Desk top training will need to have access to their own training facilities, which will be used as well as Home Group's own IT training suites. Prospective suppliers of desktop training will also need to provide public scheduled courses in Windows training for when numbers of trainees do not necessitate an organised course.

Prospective tenders for IT Desktop training must have the capability to support training needs across the whole of England and Scotland. Prospective tenderers for IBS Open Door training must have the ability to support the whole of England.
Prospective suppliers will be expected to demonstrate experience of working within either social or supported housing environments.
