HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) requires the delivery of a particular Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification, "Advanced Certificate in Managing Organisational Learning", for a number of its Management Development Learning Consultants. The Department consequently wishes to establish whether there are any suitably experienced and qualified suppliers in the marketplace interested in and capable of providing this particular CIPD qualification.
