Strathclyde Partnership for Transport(SPT), the Regional Transport Partnership for the west of Scotland invites tenders for subsidised local bus services and/or school transport services and/or other contractual transport services. Contract duration referred to at II.2 equates to "up to a maximum period of 60 months". SPT has engaged the services of BIPS Solutions Ltd. using their delta e-sourcing function to assist in the provision of secure electronic access to contract specifications and documentation. Operators must initially register as a supplier at https://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta and on first registration, operators will be issued with a username and password. Operators must use the username and password to access the SPT tender documentation and specifications along with a unique tender access code - which for this advert is R3G383828N.
