    All Tenders to be drawn up in English and are subject to English Law.

    All information from the address as in I.1.

    Awarded contracts may be extended for a further period subject to satisfactory performance and price. The successful Contractor(s) are required to take account of sustainable development e.g. environmental, social and economic impacts of delivery and to actively participate in the protection of the environment.

    Accordingly contract performance and conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.

    The total estimated spend cannot be guaranteed and will depend greatly on the bids received.

    Dudley MBC will be utilising its e-procurement portal In-Tend for this procurement exercise. Tenders should be received by no later than Thursday 14.10.2010 at 12:00 noon and will be available for download until 23:59 hours on Wednesday 13.10.2010. URL: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/blackcountry.
