    The Council, on behalf of it’s partners (Glasgow Housing Association, Scottish Government and New Gorbals Housing Association and the Laurieston Local Delivery Group) is seeking formal expressions of interest from prospective development partners with appropriate resources, knowledge, skills and expertise to deliver the physical regeneration of the Laurieston TRA. in conjunction with contributing to the wider regeneration aims and objectives, the development partner will:

    A) Enter into a contractual arrangement with New Gorbals Housing Association and GHA to construct a first phase of 200 homes for social rent, with an option to construct a further 100 units for affordable tenures such i.e. Mid Market Rent (MMR), New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE) or other models.

    B) Enter into a Development Agreement with Glasgow City Council to deliver master planning, construction and development of the remainder of the TRA within the broad parameters of the approved masterplan.
