    The contract is for the provision of an integrated substance misuse treatment service in the south of the City of Westminster. The service will ensure that service users with a substance misuse problem are engaged into effective treatment to improve their overall health and well-being which will lead to a reduction in criminal and anti-social behaviour. The contract includes a specialist primary care service, a centrally located referral centre alongside interventions focussed on engaging homeless and vulnerably housed service users.
