    The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). For the avoidance of doubt, the contracting authority confirms that no weight will be attached to whether or not an economic operator is an SME in selecting economic operators to participate or in assessing the most economically advantageous tender.

    All Tenders are to be drawn up in English and are subject to English Law.

    The successful Contractor(s) are required to take account of sustainable development e.g. environmental, social and economic impacts of delivery and to actively participate in the protection of the environment.

    Accordingly contract performance and conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.

    The total estimated spend cannot be guaranteed and will depend greatly on the bids received.

    The Council expressly reserves the right.

    i) not to award any contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice;

    ii) to make whatever changes it sees fit to the content and structure of the tendering competition;
