ESPO, on behalf of Coventry City Council and Warwickshire County Council, is seeking to identify and appoint a suitable provider(s) for the provision of integrated drug and alcohol treatment services for Coventry and Warwickshire residents. The services will be recovery-focused, user-led and will support the social re-integration of service users. The services to be provided will include young people's specialist drug and alcohol treatment services (Warwickshire only), adult tier 2/3 and criminal justice drug and alcohol treatment services, and adult tier 4 detoxification services.

This is a voluntary, Schedule B – residual services prior information notice and the procurement process is not due to commence until later this year (as detailed above). The annual contract value is approximately 8 000 000 GBP and at this stage it is envisaged that a two year contract will be in place with an option to extend for up to four further years.
