    Specialist vehicles. The Authority has a potential requirement to support an urgent schedule to provide Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) automotive Articles for up to 12 (twelve) months to support the repair of Carrier Wheeled Personnel 6x6 Medium Transportation Vehicle – Mastiff (based on US Couger) in DSG Workshops.

    NATO Stock Numbers & Manufacturers Part Numbers will be available to those successful in receiving an Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Tenderers will be required to source and price the Articles in scope against the requirement. All Articles supplied must be to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specification and Tenderers will be required to demonstrate compliance to the Technical Specification for the NATO Stock Numbers.

    A Reverse Auction, to be conducted using electronic means, may be used as part of the tender process. Specific guidance on the use of Reverse Auctions shall be provided with the ITT.

    Expressions of Interest to participate in this requirement are to be submitted, in writing, to Mrs Stacy Williams, Procurement Manager, B Cluster, DSG Land Supply Telford, Shropshire, TF3 3AD e-mail: stacy.williams@dsg.mod.uk and should, as an absolute minimum, demonstrate the following:

    (i) Evidence of ISO9001:2000 accreditation;

    (ii) Proven knowledge and capability of the required scope of work;

    (iii) Experience of similar work on previous MOD (or other Government Departments) Contracts including, but not exhaustive, contracting with the USA and Export/Import Licences/Duties.

    Only those expressions of interest that fully meet the above criteria and received by the closing date advised, shall be considered and may be subject to a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) prior to Invitation to Tender.
