    Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

    Transport equipment and auxiliary products to transportation. The Authority is considering establishing a 4 year Enabling Contract for the supply of a range of Ramps, Skids and Stwoage Chocks. The items, all to be manufactured from wood, are used in the moving and transportation of military vehicles.

    The NATO Stock Numbers of the items in scope of the requirement are all codified to the F3 DMC range. Drawings shall be issued with the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

    A Reverse Auction, to be conducted using electronic means, may be used as part of the tender process. Specific guidance on the use of Reverse Auctions shall be provided with the ITT.

    It is the Authority's intention to operate electronic trading by migrating the Contract to Purchase 2 Payment (P2P) at the earliest opportunity following Contract award.
