    Main place of performance The service requirement is for the storage and transportation of HMRC exhibition equipment to events throughout the UK. Therefore the main performance of the storage element will be at the suppliers premises while the transportation and setting up/breaking down of the equipment could be anywhere within the UK. As further clarified in the tender documentation locations may extend to other Government Departments, Agencies or Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDBP) making use of the framework agreement.There is no indication at the outset of the Framework Agreement that any other body will require the service.

    The Contractor will provide an all encompassing exhibition equipment managed service,which includes:

    — the storage of the exhibition equipment at the contractor's premises,

    — the transportation of exhibition equipment to and from the events, and,

    — on site exhibition services for the duration of the event, which includes:

    — moving exhibition equipment to and from the exhibition stand,

    — assembly and disassembly of the exhibition stand including the set up but not connection of IT and display equipment,

    — the storage of event marketing material and equipment packing cases, and,

    — general porterage services including restocking the equipment stand with leaflets and stationery as directed by HMRC staff.
