  Swindon Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced organisations wishing to tender for the provision of the Servicing and Maintenance of Corporate Lifts.

  The contract is for the servicing of all lifts in the Swindon Borough Council's corporate portfolio of premises. The successful provider will need to demonstrate: the required skills, technical ability, capacity, commercial stability and experience to ensure successful performance of the Contract.

  The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further two years, subject to satisfactory performance. This is a competitive tender, which will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender.

  Applicants will be required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire, which will be issued on receipt of an Expression of Interest.

  Organisations wishing to express an interest should apply in writing to Andy J Stevens, Property Services, Swindon Borough Council, 4th Floor, Wat Tyler West, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH. Please note that telephone enquiries will not be accepted.

  Closing date for receipt of expressions of interest will be by 12:00 hrs on 2.11.2009. Lifts. Mechanical lifts.
