    Lodging of appeals

    Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The authority shall notify all economic operators of its decision to conclude the framework agreement by electronic mail as soon as possible after a decision has been made to conclude the framework agreement, and shall allow a period of at least 10 clear calendar days (at least 15 in the event that the communication method used by any relevant party is not electronic), before the framework agreement is concluded. Unsuccessful economic operators shall be provided in that notice with a summary of the reasons why the economic operator was unsuccessful and the characteristics and relative advantages of the successful economic operator. The relevant standstill allows unsuccessful economic operators to receive further debriefing information in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended) ("Regulations").
