    Provision of services to carry out a physical inventory of the Agency's assets, bar coding of assets and locations, updating of bar codes, insurance valuations, and to carry out any other inventories that the Agency may identify over the course of the framework contract. The results of any service are to be made available in electronic format. The Agency's assets comprise predominantly computer hardware, electronic and technical equipment (meeting room audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment, telecommunications equipment, access control equipment, scanners, etc.), furniture and other standard office equipment. The Agency's assets are located at its premises in Canary Wharf. Applicants are advised that EMA does not intend to purchase any software applications for the delivery of this service, and that any applicant offering the service in conjunction with a software application will be excluded from the tender procedure.
