(It is anticipated that the Leicestershire County and Rutland Primary Care Trust will enter into arrangements with third parties (including Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust and Leicestershire County Council) to enable them to share occupation of the constructed facilities).

Included within this development is an opportunity to deliver Harborough District Council’s plan to relocate key functions from its town centre offices. Spatial requirements are approximately 2 000 m² of administrative office space, customer access to Civic Chambers and support space as well as lettable meeting space. Bidders will be required to take account of these proposals together with the core facility in the form of a mandatory variant bid. The procuring organisations will welcome proposals which incorporate complementary commercial activities.
