    A term contract for CDM-C services to cover the whole Parliamentary Estate, which will be split in to three separate sectors. The services are required for a range of refurbishment, conservation, construction, M&E, security, fire safety engineering and ICT projects across the estate.

    Services may also be required for Health and Safety Advice such as, but not limited to: Site audits; Workplace compliance audits; Specialist risk assessments and advice; Training; Assistance with Parliamentary questions, media enquiries and the like; Assisting with post-accident investigations; Records management; Best practice and compliance with forthcoming and existing legislation; Large scale public events.

    The Parliamentary estate will be divided into three areas ("lots", and each area will be awarded, at the sole discretion of the authority, to a different company.

    Overall historic spend, across the whole estate is approximately 70 000 GBP per annum.
