    The provision of psychological services. The service will utilise psychologically based interventions and approaches and will include a range of workers with the skills to provide short and medium term interventions. The approach should be in line with the stepped care model for mental health services as recommended by the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE). The service will be in line with the Department of Health Improving Access to Psychological Therapies. It is likely that there will be a TUPE transfer of NHS staff. The initial contract will be for a three year period (subject to funding availability) with options to extend the contract by a further two periods of one year. It is anticipated that the service will cost between 1 100 000 GBP and 1 250 000 GBP per annum.
