    A range of staff benefits including:

    1) Voluntary Benefits - Scheme whereby the employer offers employees the chance to purchase a range of products and services at discounted rates, from a third party supplier, which are purchased from taxed income.

    2) Salary Sacrifice Scheme for Bicycles (Cycle to Work Scheme) in accordance with HMRC rules.

    3) Recognition and Reward Scheme - a voucher scheme for Recognition and Reward which includes vouchers for a wide range of shopping and lifestyle products and services at attractive discount rates, provided through a wide range of high street providers including major national retailers and of appeal to the Ministry’s diverse range of employees.

    It shall be within the scope of the contract to explore future provision and to extend the range, scope and delivery of aspects of voluntary benefits, salary sacrifice and reward schemes. Additionally, the bicycle salary sacrifice element of the awarded Framework Agreement will be available for use by HM Treasury.

    It should be noted that this is a non-mandatory OJEU notice and as such may not follow full OJEU timescales.
