To shortlist expressions of interest from the industry we will be also be issuing a pre qualification questionaire which following evalauation, we will shortlist to four (4) bidders who will then be issued with an invitiation to tender.

Additionally we will then invite our four short-listed bidders to visit the Commissions offices at Arndale House to view the floor spaces which require refurbishing to ensure a clear understanding is achieved by all bidders to the exact scope of work and the physical constraints that would need to be observed in the building.

Clearly that would mean that the appropriate technical staff from the shortlisted bidders attended this session in order to make the exercise worthwhile.

Finally the preferred bidder should note that following evalaution of the final submissions for this work the Commission plan to make an early decision on our preferred bidder and it therefore follows who ever is successful in this tender exercise needs to be in a position to start work at an early point following contract award.
