    The contracting authority will be seeking tenders for an enabling works contract for the site at the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald, Belfast. The enabling works contract shall prepare the site for the future development and construction of the new acute and ward blocks that will include, day surgery, endoscopy, pharmacy, and generic ward accommodation.

    The enabling contract shall include the following:

    Relocation of medical gases/VIE.

    Upgrade IT Infrastructure.

    Upgrade security Infrastructure.

    Provision of new service road and street lighting.

    Upgrade of existing service road.

    New drainage system.

    Construction of a new waste compound.

    Construction of new trust estate workshops & offices.

    Construction of new retaining walls.

    New earth retaining structures.

    Gas distribution.

    Water services distribution.

    High voltage distribution.

    Fire alarm data loop infrastructure.

    New creche facility.

    Landscaping.

    Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Any appeals must be lodged with the Chief Estates Officer/Deputy Secretary, Health Estates Investment Group.
