  Lot 1.

  The Council is seeking a partner or partners to effect the Kerbside collection, handling and transport of multi materials for recycling.

  The contractor shall provide a flexible and continuously improving waste management service with the principal aim of providing a multi-material Kerbside collection of dry recycling and the transportation of the materials collected to reprocessing and recovery facilities, maximising recycling and diverting waste from landfill.

  The successful tenderer will be required to provide all labour, plant and materials necessary for the provision of the service.

  Lot 2.

  The Council is seeking a partner or partners to effect the collection, handling and transport of multi materials for recycling from designated Recycling Points.

  The Contractor shall provide a flexible and continuously improving waste management service with the principal aim of providing a multi-material collection from designated Recycling Points and the transportation of the materials collected to reprocessing and recovery facilities, maximising recycling and diverting waste from landfill.

  The successful tenderer will be required to provide all containment, labour, plant and materials necessary for the provision of the service.
