  The requirement is to Bind UKHO publications supplied as printed sheets in the UKHO house style to make Hard Case books, with some Limp case . Both styles shall have an approximate finished size of A4. On occasions some books may be supplied as pre folded sections.

  The books are printed on 90 gsm Matt art paper, size 880 mm x 1 220 mm of which the bulk shall be 16pp to view 32 page A4 signatures.

  The task shall be to fold in to sections, gather, collate and bind in the appropriate style, producing bound books to the UKHO house styles, shrink wrap books into pack units of 6 or 10 books dependent on pagination, place on pallets, and to deliver to UKHO at either Taunton or a designated third party at Bristol . Please note that whichever destination is specified, the segregation of the production run and tagging to identify the final recipients is required (as specified on Contract Release Order).
