    PURCH/0583 Provision of a Multi-fluorescence structured illumination and FRET Microscopy imaging system. The Molecular Pharmacology group require a high resolution multi-fluorescence aperture correlation/ structured illumination and high speed inter/intramolecular FRET microscopy system. The system will be equipped with stable temperature, CO2, humidity and real time z-focus correction control to maintain cell viability and prevent mechanical or thermally induced z focus drift when recording time lapse images over extended periods of time, i.e. recorded images will always be in sharp focus.
