    West Midlands Police are seeking a suitably qualified supplier to provide decontamination services for the whole West Midlands geographical area for reception areas, cells, vehicles, crime scenes and associated areas as detailed in the specification. It is essential that a 24/7, 365/6 day per year service can be delivered with a response time that does not exceed 2 hours. The tender process will be conducted via the bluelight e tendering portal at www.bluelight.gov.uk. Prospective tenderers are advised to register in the first instance after which the relevant documents can be downloaded. Questions will only be responded to if they are submitted via the Q and A facility within the bluelight e tendering portal. Documents will be available until 9:00 am on 27.8.2010. No questions will be accepted after 11.8.2010. Completed tender documents must be returned by 12:00 on 27.8.2010.
