    A framework agreement with immediate long term call off contracts, and subsequent call off contracts, for a range of planned external housing upgrades to include repairs and replacement of pitched and flat roofs, manufacture and installation of windows and doors, cyclical decorations, groundwork’s and environmental improvements and insulation to cavity’s and roof spaces. Call off contracts will provide services and works to individual and groups of affordable housing providers, primarily in the UK Midlands but potentially in any part of the United Kingdom.
