II.1.8) Division into lots.

For clarification the contract shall be divided into three lots.

Lot 1: Title flood prevention;

Lot 2: Title signs and lines;

Lot 3: Title aborcultural services.

All contract lots shall be let for an initial period of 6 years but will include the option for the Council to extend for an additional period of up to 4 years by means of two extensions of up to 2 years each.

All contract lots shall be evaluated using MEAT crtieria, and bidders will be required to completed a pre-qualification questionaire to participate.
