The notice involves
Futures Housing Group (FHG) and its subsidiary companies as described in Section 736 of the Companies Act 1985 seeks to appoint suitably experienced and financially sound economic operators to provide Grounds Maintenance & Tree Services to Amber Valley Housing Limited and Daventry & District Housing Limited. Selection will be by the restricted process with a pre-qualification stage for those expressing an interest. The contract will be a multi party Term Partnering Contract TPC2005 ammended 2008 for five years with unilateral right to extend.
The contract will be offered in lots, applicants may apply for all or single lots. Works will include: Grounds maintenance, grass cutting, tenants gardening scheme, play areas, drying areas, car par maintenance ( excluding any surfacing works), Tree Consultancy and Tree Works both routine and emergency.
