    The primary purpose of this agreement is to aggregate the fresh fruit and vegetables, salad ingredients and prepared fruit and vegetables requirements of those institutions with in-house catering provisions, and those running catering related courses, however, all other institutions and affiliated bodies will also be able to access this agreement.

    The main aims of the agreement are to enable the institutions access to providers of consistently good/high quality, fresh produce, delivering daily to multiple sites within a geographical area at the best possible pricing and with robust terms and conditions of contract in place.
