    This period allows those who have been unsuccessful to obtain a debriefing from the contracting authority/broker before the Contract is entered in to, information should be obtained from the contact points noted in section 1.1.

    Tenderers have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request a debriefing and that information shall be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period.
