    The Met Office is seeking to set in place a framework agreement for the provision of market research to build and support the Met Office in meeting customer needs and our vision of being recognised as the best weather and climate service in the world. The research is split into three different lots allowing agencies to express an interest in all or individual lots as follows:

    Lot 1 – quantitative research.

    — Field/tab,

    — Website development and usability,

    — Mystery shopping,

    — Omnibus (consumer & business),

    — Brand research,

    — Concept testing (including advertising, communications, marketing, new product development and web),

    — Pricing/ value added research,

    — International,

    — Employee attitude,

    — Customer satisfaction,

    — Usage & attitude,

    — Public consultation/ policy evaluation research,

    — New product testing and evaluation.

    Lot 2 – qualitative research.

    — Innovation research and consultancy,

    — Brand research,

    — Concept testing (including advertising, communications, marketing, new product development and web),
