• II.3)SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND QUANTITY OR VALUE OF SUPPLIES OR SERVICES:

  Linlithgow Burgh Halls is a newly refurbished historical building situated in the heart of Linlithgow, one of Scotland’s most historic towns. The venue sits close to two major tourist attractions in Linlithgow – Linlithgow Palace and St. Michaels Kirk.

  The venue boasts two large halls, each holding up to 120 guests; one hall also has an outside decking area. The LBH also includes a gallery, an education–general purpose room, audio visual room, and a café which can seat 40 covers with an additional 36 covers in the adjoining rose garden, weather permitting. The successful supplier will provide the highest quality of food and service for the cafe and halls.

  This contract offers excellent opportunities for the right supplier.

  The Authority wish to invite Professional Catering Services to complete and return a PQQ, the top 5 highest scoring suppliers shall be invited to tender.

  It is the Authority's intention that contract shall be awarded to a single source supplier who will be invited to work closely with the Authority to ensure that the highest standards are met. The Authority's terms and conditions shall apply, including minimum operating hours and leasing arrangments.
