The provision of a temporary structure(s) including suitable fixtures and fittings to hold graduation ceremony events. This would be one 3 day long event per year for a 3-year contract term with the option of a 1 year extension.

Each year Anglia Ruskin University holds on their Rivermead Campus a series of graduation ceremonies to celebrate their students achievements. To accommodate these ceremonies Anglia Ruskin University seeks to appoint a supplier who is able and competent to provide a temporary structure and associated services such as (but not limited to) appropriate staging, lighting, audio visual equipment, heating and seating. The supplier would be required to provide the complete solution, using sub-contractors if necessary; responses which cannot address the specification as a whole will not be entertained.
The Graduation Ceremonies take place over a 3 day period on an annual basis. This years Graduation Ceremonies take place from 5 October to 7.10.2010, subsequent scheduling of these events will be confirmed by the University at the beginning of each academic year.
