  Provision of high level management support to the Corporate Director Economic Prosperity and Sustainability, and the Development Directorate providing policy guidance, liaising with other parties relating to large scale contracts, partnerships and regeneration initiatives, to assist members in decision making and move forward the Council regeneration agenda. A physical presence at the main offices in Whitehaven is required for approximately 3 days per week, minimum contract duration 6 months. Demonstrable previous experience and success at Director level in both public and private sectors required plus ability to contribute through a "hand on" approach.
