Information on framework agreement
The North West (NW) 21st Century Leaders development program is the result of collaboration between the NW Alliance of Chief Operating Officers and the NW Leadership Academy to deliver this objective on behalf of NHS Northwest.
The intention behind the Future Leaders program is to facilitate the next generation of community health leaders whose task will be to facilitate community based teams to deliver efficient, effective, and evidence based community health services to patients. The leadership program will provide a means for these "rising stars" to acquire the confidence, competencies and mindsets necessary to become world class community health leaders and respond creatively and competently to the challenges facing today’s integrated NHS.
The NW Alliance is looking for a capable provider to deliver a Leadership Development Programme to a cohort of up to 80 delegates through training sessions to be delivered in various locations across the NW area. This programme will be aligned to the Leadership Qualities Framework (LQF) and is to be delivered within 6 months of the commencement date.
We invite expressions of interest from training providers to deliver this service on behalf of the NW Alliance. The tender documentation will be available on the following website from August 6th https://gmcbs.bravosolution.co.uk [2]. In the meantime, please contact philip.tolan@gmcbs.nhs.uk [3] to register your interest and for further information.
The NW Alliance would like to invite potential providers to attend a pre-tender presentation day. This will include a Q&A session with members of the project board and advice on how to complete and submit your tender response. The presentation day will take place at Regent House, Heaton Lane, Stockport, SK4 1BS on August 5th.
