SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
UK-Glasgow: consolidated CCTV maintenance contract.

II.1.4)Information on framework agreement:
SPT wish to hear from suppliers who can provide full and comprehensive CCTV maintenance support across various sites within its infrastructure. The contract will be for a minimum of 3 years with an option for a further 2 years. The contract will include preventative maintenance, all call-outs and emergency repairs, off-site equipment repairs and replacement, also full software and IT support. The contract will require guaranteed response times of within 4 hours for serious faults and 24 hours for all other faults.
It is envisaged that the successful supplier would have related experience with multi-modal transport infrastructure, across various geographical sites.
Tenderers will be invited to submit prices for 1 or more lots.
Lot 1 = Consort House and bus stations;
Lot 2 = Consort House and subway;
Lot 3 = Consort House and bus stations and subway.
A current list of hardware/software by location is attached to the PQQ. More details will be provided at the tender stage.
Additional sites and equipment may need to be added throughout the duration of the Contract.

Only information provided in the PQQ will be evaluated. The tender selection process will be based on the most economically advantageous tender. The tender evaluation criteria will be based on a quality/price ratio of 70/30 with the following criteria not necessarily in order of priority or weighting: technical competency, maintenance methodology, experience in similar projects, off-site repair facilities, IT support and quality of tender submission. It is anticipated that the contact will commence on 1.9.2010.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: For European tenders SPT will incorporate a minimum of 10 calendar day standstill period at the point of information on the award of the contract as this is communicated to tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of three working days before the expiry of the standstill period.
