Short description:

Stovner District shall increase the speed and further raise the focus in their innovation and digitization work in line with the increasing possibilities and challenges of the digital transformation in which we find ourselves. We are moving into unknown terrain with the aim of creating tomorrow’s welfare society in cooperation with our residents. There is, thus, a need for partnership in the area.

We focus largely on the possibilities that lie in increased digitization and believe many of the needs can be met through this. Beyond this, the district has few guidelines on how the challenges shall be solved and the solutions worked out. We, therefore, want one or more innovative partners who can both challenge us, inspire us and develop us.

We envisage that a partner can both contribute to capturing user need, drive forth the good ideas and contribute, methodically and technologically, to develop new products, services, and solutions.
