The Contracting Authority would like to gather some soft intelligence from the market and are requesting that any organisations that would like to be considered to deliver the service complete and return the Request for Information document, which is provided with this notice on the Proactis eTender Portal, by Tuesday 5.12.2017 at 17:30

As part of the market engagement potential providers may be invited to one-to-one sessions or a market engagement event/workshop which are expected to be held in December 2017, dates are to be confirmed. Only providers that have completed the RFI will be offered any 1:1 sessions should they be arranged.

This process will be conducted via the NECS e-tendering system (Proactis) as such there will be no hard copy documents issued to potential providers and all communications between potential providers and NECS, including tender submissions, will be conducted via the PROACTIS portal.
