— Brief description of the assignment background and objective competence for future nursery schools — Revised Strategy for competence and recruiting 2018 — 2022 describes the competence of nursery school personnel as an important factor in being able to offer children a qualitatively good nursery school offer. One objective of the strategy is to raise the competence of all who work in the nursery school. Further education including leader training for manager is an initiative begun in order to develop the competence of these groups.

Description of the procurement:

Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
List and brief description of conditions:

Be up-to-date with tax, payroll tax and VAT payments. Tax certificate not older than 6 months (applies to Norwegian tenderers).

HSE self-declaration. An HSE self-declaration, signed by the manager and a representative for the employees.

Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate

Tenderers must have a financial position that allows the contracting authority to have a cooperation with the tenderer for the entire contract period.

Enclose the company's most recent Annual Report to Brønnøysund Register Centre and recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures. Presentation of the company's annual financial statement or extracts thereof.
