Demonstrated ability to successful deliver programmes and projects a similar nature, scope, scale, duration and value. Professional qualifications appropriate to relevant professions and/or as detailed and required by the contract.

Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:

1. The Tenderer confirms that they have the financial capacity to deliver a contract of this scope and value

2. The Tenderer confirms they already have or can commit to obtain, prior to the commencement of the contract, the levels of insurance cover indicated in the relevant Contract Notice (Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance), and Public Liability Insurance.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

1. Tenderers must have a level of turnover at least equal to that of the anticipated maximum annual value of the current level of expenditure i.e. 2 400 000 GBP.

2. Employer's liability insurance in respect of Staff in accordance with any legal requirement for the time being in force, Public Liability Insurance with a minimum indemnity of 10 000 000 GBP and Environmental Impairment Liability Insurance with a minimum indemnity of 1 000 000 GBP.

Demonstrated minimisation of multiple or return visits and route rationalisation/minimisation of miles/travelling time/unproductive use of resources.
