In this notice, ‘MEICA’ means mechanical, electrical, instrumentation control and automation. ‘ICA’ means instrumentation control and automation.

STW/DVW will undertake the outline design of the projects. Excluded from the scope of Lot 1 is the renewal of water distribution mains (up to and including 12 inch nominal diameter) and the associated service pipes feeding domestic and commercial properties.
