Description of the procurement:

This SPA framework is for the specialist design, manufacture, supply and installation of enhanced security communal entrance doorsets manufactured in mild steel operated by a compatible door entry/electronic access control system c/w a cyclical service and responsive maintenance package.

The performance and enhanced security accreditation specification requirements are as follows:

— Accredited Third party certification to PAS 24;

— Certification to STS 202 Burglary Rating 2 (minimum) or LPS 1175 Security Rating 2 (minimum);

— CE Marking of product;

— Secured by Design accreditation.

This framework will be operated under a single workstream designated by the door leaf construction, namely — mild steel.
