PPM and Breakdown

This refers to the service and maintenance required for the upkeep of the loaned community equipment required for beds, mattresses and hoisting equipment.

It includes, but is not limited to:

i. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) — inc. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) and manufacturer service maintenance.

ii. Breakdown Call-out Service — in and out of hours cover for high risk equipment.

iii. Maintenance of Overhead Hoists and tracking.
