* This is a retrospective Contract Award Notice with updated DFID contact details * Responses to this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire must be submitted via the DFID portal https://supplierportal.dfid.gov.uk/selfservice/. The Terms of Reference can also be found here. PQQs must contain a Capability Statement of no more than four A4 pages responding to Programme Specific Questions. In addition, abridged CVs of not more than 2 A4 pages for each key person should also be included. Following assessment of the EOIs, DFID will invite shortlisted applications to submit full technical and commercial proposals. Unsuccessful applicants will be informed before issue of the Invitation to Tender (ITT). The contract will be let for up to 36 with a possibility of further extension of 36 months which will depend on continued need. Where circumstances require further extension beyond the original contract duration/ agreed extensions, DFID will consider doing so by means of the negotiated procedure. The contract will be governed by English law. From 1.4.2001, all UK development assistance has been fully untied, which allows suppliers from anywhere in the world to bid for DFID contracts.
