Short description:

Sandefjord municipality shall establish a 2 year framework agreement for electrical services including materials with 3 tenderers (if possible). The contracting authority can extend the contract for 1+1 year. I.e. the contract can last for 4 years. The estimated contract start is 1.6.2017.

The contract shall allow the contracting authority to use up to 3 persons full-time with the following competence: 2 persons with electro installer gr. L, 1 person who is a telecommunications installer.

The contract has an annual value of approx. 7 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The stated volume is uncertain and it will vary from year to year. There is no guarantee given for the stated volume.

The deadline for asking questions about the contest: 19.4.2017, 12:00.

Description of the procurement:

The contract assignments will consist of the installation and maintenance of the municipality's electro-technical low voltage installations for new sites, renovations and maintenance. Tenderers must be able to carry out installations work within tele, data, fire and burglary alarms. They must also be able to assemble and connect single and multi-mode fibre. There can be assignments connected to engine drives and automation for ventilation for control plants, as well as automation for engine drives in pump stations.

It will be necessary to contribute with annual internal audits on electrical installations as needed. In addition there can be a need for assistance with minor engineering design work etc. Tenderers must be familiar with installation buses for light control.

The aim of the contract is to get assistance with the provision and management of assignments where the work consists of electrical services including materials, with an emphasis on:

1. Maintenance of buildings with installations.

2. Alterations/replacements in buildings with installations.

3. Renovation/upgrades of buildings with installations, including outdoor areas (for example, parks, squares).

4. Fire/vandalism/water damage in buildings.

5. Fire and burglary alarm installations.

The contracting authority will also be able to carry out electrical work themselves, in such cases the municipality shall have the option to procure electrical material from the tenderer on the tendered terms.
