The contracting authority wishes to procure a provider who can deliver day to day management services of the commercial spaces within the Great Easten Quays (GEQ) site within the Royal Albert Wharf (RAW) regeneration project, which is being led by Notting Hill Housing (NHH) on the easten boundary of the Royal Docks. This tender has been split into 2 Lots:

Lot 1 — Management of overall commercial estate and

Lot 2 — Management of overall commercial estate and proposal for leasing of B1 workspace or other units.

Description of the procurement:

The selected partner will manage the commercial estate, having an on site presence. Office space will be provided alongside our Residential Team to facilitate the management within our Management Office located on site. NHH will grant leases directly to all tenants on all units and receive a regular income from these lettings. We are offering a 5 year management contract initially and the pricing should reflect the phasing and delivery dates of all units,. It is likely this will incorporate including further units delivered in Phase 2 of GEQ.
