Short description
The IELTS exam has four modules, Listening, Reading, Writing (LRW) and Speaking, and is conducted in 2 stages:

Stage 1: Listening, Reading and Writing test — this is conducted in 1 continuous sitting the same exam hall and speaking test for each candidate is conducted individually with a British Council examiner.

Stage 2: Speaking Test — this may be conducted up to 7 days before or after the written test.

Bidders will be required to register on British Council's e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil in order to take part in the tender process.

Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return.

Lodging of appeals
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The British Council will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
