Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för främst asfaltsbeläggning, underhåll/driftsarbeten. Anläggningsarbeten och vägmarkeringsmålning förekommer i begränsad omfattning. Vissa mindre nyanläggningar kan förekomma men vid större arbeten kommer Landskrona stad att göra separata upphandlingar.

För entreprenaden gäller Allmänna bestämmelser för byggnads-, anläggnings- och installationsentreprenader (AB 04).

Beställaren har för avsikt att teckna ramavtal med tre (3) entreprenörer om det finns tillräckligt många anbudsgivare som klarat kvalificerings- och skakrav.
