Swindon Borough Council's estimated spend could be up to 9 100 000 GBP with a further estimated spend of 1 900 000 GBP from members of the South West Highway Alliance — Bristol City Council, Bath and North East Somerset Council, Gloucestershire County Council, Wiltshire County Council, Bournemouth Borough Council, Dorset County Council, Somerset County Council, Cornwall Council, Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council, Devon County Council, Borough of Poole, North Somerset Council & South Gloucestershire Council (http://www.sw-ha.uk/members.html), for the duration of the contract including contract extension.
