      North Lincolnshire Council is inviting suitably qualified operators of PSV transport services to submit an indicative tender to be included on a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Local and Home to School Bus and Coach services. Indicative tenders can be uploaded for evaluation at any time throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system, however an initial deadline of 12:00 noon 12.3.2015 applies for the first further competition anticipated late March 2015.

      Admittance to the dynamic purchasing system will depend on operators meeting minimum criteria as stated in the indicative tender documentation.

      It is estimated that c. 8 000 000 GBP will be spent via the DPS over the duration of the DPS however no minimum quantities can be guaranteed.

      Invitation to Tender documents will be issued to all operators admitted to the DPS as and when required. The award criteria for quotations is lowest compliant quotation. North Lincolnshire Council reserves the right to use an electronic reverse auction for quotations.
